1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Nadis Intelligence, LLC ("Nadis," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at nadis.ai, our Intelligence Infrastructure Roadmap™, and any related products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Services Description

Nadis provides AI infrastructure intelligence services, including strategic assessments, roadmaps, and consultation designed to optimize organizational AI infrastructure. Our services are based on proprietary frameworks including Living Infrastructure™, Three Symbioses™, and SCALE FACTOR™ methodologies.

3. Purchase Terms and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases of Nadis products and services are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Intelligence Infrastructure Roadmap™
• Consultation services
• Digital products and reports
• Subscription services
• Any custom assessments or analyses

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the service description, understand what you are purchasing, and agree that all sales are final. We encourage you to review all available information and contact us with any questions before making a purchase.

Service Delivery

Upon purchase of the Intelligence Infrastructure Roadmap™ or similar services, you will receive instructions to complete an assessment. Your custom deliverables will be created based on the information you provide and delivered within the specified timeframe (typically 48 hours).

4. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, frameworks, and materials provided by Nadis, including but not limited to Living Infrastructure™, Three Symbioses™, SCALE FACTOR™, and the Intelligence Infrastructure Roadmap™, are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.

Purchase of our services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for your internal business purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our materials.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Guarantee of Results

While our services are designed to provide valuable insights and strategic guidance, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, cost savings, ROI, or business results. Success depends on numerous factors outside our control, including but not limited to your implementation, market conditions, and organizational commitment.

Our services provide strategic business intelligence and should not be construed as legal, financial, or technical implementation advice. You should consult with appropriate professionals before making significant business decisions based on our recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nadis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information you provide during assessments and consultations as confidential. We will not share your specific data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve our services and methodologies.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in assessments
• Use our services only for lawful business purposes
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to derive our proprietary methodologies
• Not misrepresent our relationship or your results to third parties

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Florida.
